I was born in Oklahoma and have lived in nine states and two countries. 

 

​I love animals and grew up with dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and fish. I wish I could have had a horse and a whale and an eagle, too, but our space was limited.

After I saw the movie Top Gun, I wanted to be a fighter pilot. I still love planes, even if I never become a pilot. (That's me daydreaming about flying at the age of ten.)

My brother and I were almost struck by lightning.

Speaking of weather, I used to think clouds could fall on my head, and I'd run from any that came too close.
